What are you building at primitives?

We've built an art-collecting marketplace that allows artists to find a global community of collectors and like-minded creatives. Primitive serves as a launchpad for entering the digital art market. You can easily get noticed, monetize your art, and reap financial awards from your investment in others’ creativity.

Where do I start to find new communities or creators?

Two great places to get started on Primitive are our creatives community and beta users community! These communities each have their own chatroom, which lets you meet with other Primitive users, make new connections, and share ideas.

What are points and how do I earn them?

Points track your engagement within the primitives ecosystem!

1. Earn points by creating and collecting gems inside of the primitives ecosystem.

2. When your owned/created gems are collected by others, you get points for each additional collection. As the activity around your gem increases so do your points.

3. Points are assessed incrementally for each claim based on a gem’s popularity when it was collected, and its current heat level.

What’s my primitives wallet?

When you sign up for primitives, we assign you a non-custodial wallet on the Solana blockchain. This is where any gems you create or collect will live as a way to prove your ownership of them.

If you have other digital wallets, you can connect them to your Primitives account so you can see all your assets in one place. We currently support Solana and Ethereum-based wallet connections.
